The Seaside Pool Paradise Suite was spacious and beautifully designed, providing a serene atmosphere for our stay. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the food options, especially at the Michelin-recognized restaurants, were exceptional. However, the lack of activities in the evening was disappointing, as the resort felt quiet too soon. Service could be improved, as wait times for food and drinks were extended, diminishing the experience. Also, the location felt remote, making transportation challenging, especially with high taxi fares.

Our group vacation was unforgettable! The tranquil ambiance was perfect for relaxation, and the beach was stunning. We loved the kayak adventure and the complimentary yoga sessions. All the staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend this spot for some quality time with friends!

The gym could definitely use some improvements. it felt almost nonexistent. Also, food service was a bit slow despite the low season and almost empty hotel.

I enjoyed a relaxing stay with friendly staff. The beachfront yoga sessions were refreshing, and the private boxing was exhilarating. Don't miss the incredible Thai restaurant! For early trips, pre-order breakfast as the vegan options need improvement. Overall, a wonderful escape in Khao Lak.

Unfortunately, the beach had persistent plastic pollution despite daily cleaning efforts, which is a bit disappointing. It's also worth noting that the temperature of the pool water felt unusually warm for a beach resort, lacking that refreshing chill you'd typically expect. On top of that, the restaurant could use more live entertainment. a little music or dancing would elevate the atmosphere significanly. Service around the pool and at dinner could be slow, with orders sometimes missed or delayed, although this might vary depending on the time of day.
